![]() on my iPodI recently purchased a set of Bose ear buds to replace the crappy sounding stock set that comes with most players. I have tried many different kinds over the last few years and these sound simply amazing! In fact, they sound so good that I tolerate not being able to run in them without some sort of ear warmer since they fall out of my ears and the ridiculously long cord. For cycling and winter running they are great.
Skateaway, Dire Straits The first song I heard (in 1980) from who would become my favorite artist.
Speedway at Nazareth, Mark Knopfler This song builds perfectly.
You're the One, Paul Simon
The Way I am, Ingrid Michaelson
All Your Reasons, Matchbox Twenty
Hard Sun, Eddie Vedder
I'm Shipping up to Boston, Dropkick Murphy's One of the Red Sox win tunes. Also, played in the opening of The Departed.
Rumble Doll, Patti Scialfa Lots of talent in that house.
My Parties, Mark Knopfler
Wishlist, Pearl Jam
mellow tune to get my head into the game & the blood flowing.
Breathe Me, Sia
great song from HBOs Six Feet Under final episode. Nothing like seeing the sun come up over the cold, sleeping golf course listening to this.
Otherside, Red Hot Chili Peppers
great transition from warm-up to tempo
Holiday / Boulevard of Broken Dreams, Green Day
Instant andrenaline.
You Know My Name, Chris Cornell
From the new Bond movie.
Photograph, Def Leppard
I hated this song in 7th grade because all the girls had the lead singers picture in their locker.
I Won't Back Down, Johnny Cash & Tom Petty
my 3 years old's favorite song. She can sing it all.
Crazy, Gnarls Barkley
listen to this on Bose headphones and you will buy them.
Saving Grace, Tom Petty
I experienced complete bliss once listening to this while blistering down Boulder Canyon on my Cervelo in the rain.
I Want You to Want Me, Chris Isaak
the best of the dozen or more covers of this classic.
Bring Me to Life, Evanescence
from the DareDevil soundtrack.
Snow (Hey Oh), Red Hot Chili Peppers
My favorite song, never fails to give me a rush.
In the Air Tonight, Nonpoint
Never heard of this band, liked the song hearing it in the Miami Vice movie.
Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, AC/DC
Sometimes the best guitar is the simplest riff.
I Touch Myself, Divinyls
I saw her play this live and it was, shall we say, enticing.
Humans Being, Van Halen
cheezy tune with perhaps the best thrash guitar play ever. Makes me want to go faster
